Proclamation No. 459 | Philippine Holidays for 2013 and list of long weekends

Last September 1, 2012, President Aquino issued Proclamation No. 459 listing all the Philippine Holidays for 2013. With that said, those who plan to travel in 2013 can now book their flights to coincide with the long weekends.

So if your planning to travel in 2013, you better take note of these dates:

♥ March 28	Thursday	Maundy Thursday
♥ March 29	Friday	Good Friday
♥ April 9	Tuesday	Day of Valor
♥ May 1	Wednesday	Labor Day
♥ June 12	Wednesday	Independence Day
♥ August 9	Friday	Eidul Fitr
♥ August 21	Wednesday	Ninoy Aquino Day
♥ August 26	Monday	National Heroes’ Day
♥ October 15	Tuesday	Eidul Adha
♥ November 1	Friday	All Saints Day
♥ November 2	Saturday	Special Non-working Holiday
♥ November 30	Saturday	Bonifacio Day
